Biography

Rob Kerr has led digital development at an array of large organizations including Amazon.com, Brown University, Bowdoin College and in his current position at The Jackson Laboratory (JAX), a nonprofit biomedical research institution with over 2200 employees in the US and China.  His focus is managing technology in complex organizations where people and organizational culture are the biggest barriers to technological change.   Rob has led numerous digital projects that requires organizational buy-in from the boardroom to the front line and specializes in developing shared governance, negotiation, and digital strategy.
