Robert M. Brown is Dean of the Division of Continual Learning at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he is responsible for distance learning, summer school, and community outreach. Before joining UNC Greensboro, he was an English professor at Oklahoma State University and a Communications Analyst at The RAND Corporation. Robert received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland.
