BiographyDr. Bob Diotalevi, Esq., LL.M., is Program Coordinator and Associate Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. Bob has been a lawyer for twenty (20) years as a member of the Massachusetts and Florida bars. He possesses four (4) degrees and has been internationally published. Bob, along with other internationally known professors, have co-authored a textbook, entitled Electronic Theses and Dissertations: A Sourcebook for Educators, Students and Librarians. Marcel Dekker, Inc., of New York is the publisher. Bobs recent manuscript, AN EDUCATION IN ©OPYRIGHT: A PRIMER FOR CYBERSPACE has been published by four peer-reviewed journals: The Electronic Journal of Academic and Special Librarianship (E-JASL), Academic Exchange-Extra (AEE), LIBRES: The Library and Information Science Electronic Journal, and Library, Philosophy and Practice. The Italian National Research Councils Institute for Legal Documentation, of Florence, Italy selected his manuscript, Copyrighting Cyberspace: Unweaving A Tangled Web, for inclusion in The 1998 Law in the Information Society Conferences CD-ROM.
Bobs works have been published in SMU School of Laws Computer Law Review and Technology Journal, The Paralegal Educator, The Journal of Paralegal Education and Practice, and The Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration. He also serves as an editor for The Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration, The Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, and The Journal of Paralegal Education and Practice. Bob presents at national and regional law-related conferences as well as at various colleges and law schools around the country.
