Dynamic and passionate higher education adjunct faculty member and subject matter expert, dedicated to empowering students through practical skill-building, critical thinking, and lifelong learning to drive the career readiness that today’s businesses require. Recognized for fostering partnerships between academia and industry and mentoring emerging professionals towards a successful career.

Key Accomplishments:

• Deliver asynchronous online instruction in Principles of Management, Strategic Management & Policy (Capstone course), Leadership, and Organizational Behavior, maintaining above-average student evaluations.

• Served as SME for curriculum design incorporating AI integration; first redesigned course (Principles of Management) released September 1, 2025.

• Evaluated and recommended McGraw Hill Connect textbook, Management: A Practical Introduction, authored by Angelo Kinicki, Denise Breaux Soignet, and Chad Hartnell.

• Selected participant in McGraw Hill’s 2025 Problematizing the Classroom via Active Learning initiative.

• SME for scripting of digital assets (iSeeit! Videos) for McGraw Hill Connect textbook, Interpersonal Skills in Organizations, authored by Suzanne C. de Janasz, Karen O. Dowd, and Beth Z. Schneider.
