Biography

Certified Manager (CM) with the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM). Served as an at-large member and chairman of the board (COB) of the ICPM Board of Regents (BOR). Served or continues to serve on over 75 Board of Regents, Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, Trusteeships, Councils, Executive Committees, Operations Committees, Panels, Foundations, and Senate. Over 25 years of proposal development experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Acquired knowledge and research experience in a Ph.D. program in Business Administration (BA) with a specialization in Homeland Security (HS) including counterterrorism and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Held top security clearances and beyond but now expired since July 2011. Possesses teaching, writing (published over 50 publications including 18 books and a chapter in another book), research, management, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience.
