Biography
Robert W. Lion, Ph.D., is the Assistant Dean for the College of Business at Northern Michigan University. He is also a regular adjunct faculty member in the Master of Training, Development, and Performance Improvement program at Northern Michigan University. Rob's instructional and research interests are in the area of human performance improvement, organizational change and development, and measurement and evaluation of performance. Rob is also actively involved with organizations outside of the university by providing assistance with leadership development, employee motivation and performance, and strategic planning.EDUCAUSE Publications
