Bobby Wachs

Biography

Bobby Wachs is the ITSM Program Manager at the University of Florida. His position is to manage the various processes in order to improve the quality of technology services and support for campus. The aims of the new IT Service Management (ITSM) initiative are to increase the efficiency and consistency of services provided to faculty, students, staff and the greater UF community. Prior to joining UF in April 2013, he held the position of Assistant CIO for Administration & Finance at the University at Albany where he was in charge of all administrative and financial operations for Information Technology Services. Prior to that position, he was the HelpDesk Manager and played an active role in campus technologies.
