Biography

Roberto Rivera is an Instructional Designer at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). He collaborates with faculty and staff members in the development of effective online/hybrid instructional materials and courses that meet quality assurance and accessibility standards. He has also been involved with Quality Matters since 2015, facilitating APPQMR workshops face-to-face and online. Roberto holds an MEd in instructional technology from the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley and a BS in computer science from the University of Texas - Brownsville.
