Rod Henshaw
Biography
Rod Henshaw is currently serving as Dean, Cowles Library, Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. A graduate of North Texas, he has also had library leadership positions at Emory University and the Pennsylvania State University. In recent years, Cowles Library has established itself as a leader in the use of information technology, blended with information literacy learning opportunities for Drake students. He has extensive experience in assessment in higher education and libraries, and has recently chaired one of Drake Universities Self Committees, “Acquisition, Discovery and Application of Knowledge” He was the recipient of LAMA’s 2004 Leadership Award. He has served as a member of the Educause National Conference Planning Committee.EDUCAUSE Presentations
