Roel Smabers is CEO of Parantion Group, one of the significant Edtech companies in the Netherlands. After he graduated his education in Electronics, he worked as an technical engineer at AT&T and Philips in the Netherlands. Later he graduated at the Windesheim University for applied science in HRM and Organizational Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. He worked as a HRM and Management Development trainer/consultant for serveral companies fi. Sony Ericsson, Philips, AOL and Time Warner. In 2000 he started developing online tools for developing talent... and he still does.
