Rommel Hidalgo is the Chief Information Officer at the University of Guam. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring the success of all enterprise services of IT in support of the university's mission and strategic plan. He was previously the Assistant Vice President for Information Technology at the California State University, Fullerton campus, as well as a faculty member in the CSU Fullerton, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, teaching Information Systems and Decision Sciences. He holds an MBA from the University of Guam and a Master of Science degree in Management Science / Information Systems from CSU Fullerton.
