Ron Nichols

Biography

Ron Nichols is the Manager of the Desktop Support group in IT-User Services at the University of Delaware. He joined the University in 1986 to help the University enter the 'microcomputing age.' Ron and his group have been responsible for pre-purchase configurations for students and staff, general faculty and staff desktop support, computer upgrade initiatives for the campus, campus-wide RFPs for desktop computer acquisitions, and coordination of departmental server support. Ron also teaches computing classes for the University's college of Agriculture and for its division of Continuing Education.
