Biography
Professor and Coordinator of the Educational Computing, Design, and Online Learning graduate program at Kansas State University (http://coe.ksu.edu/ecdol). She is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Cyberethics, the Kansas Chapter of the Immersive Education Grid (http://immersiveeducation.org/), and a contributing reviewer for TechTrends.
She has written two books on technology and Intellectual Property (IP) issues, 9 book chapters on technology in education, given over 60 presentations at the state, national, and international levels, written 30 national journal articles and 18 refereed journal papers, is past-chair of the IP Committee, past IP Column Editor of TechTrends, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Educational Technology to the United Arab Emirates.
