Russ Beard
Biography
Information Technology leader since 1996, worked within higher education as an IT administrator since 2000. Currently the Vice President of Information Resources at Bellevue College (BC) in Bellevue WA. BC is the third largest college in the state of Washington serving more than 36,000 students. Russ has served in many leadership roles throughout the higher education IT system in Washington and is recognized as one of the leaders of influence in the state.EDUCAUSE Presentations
