Ryan's background consists of 20 years of strategic marketing positions in Higher Education, Professional Association Management and Consumer Products. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with double majors in Marketing and Management from Indiana University, along with a Professional Certificate in Advanced Online Marketing & Analytics from the University of San Francisco. Ryan resides in Washington, D.C. with his amazing wife, Laura E. Bass, an emerging operatic and classical vocalist.
