I am an experienced HR professional that plays an essential role in attracting world class faculty and staff to Virginia Tech. I have a direct impact on the talent acquisition process in creating the future of the university. Focusing on the recruitment of information technology professionals, I execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and source candidates who specialize in programming, end user support, networking, systems, data, cloud, cyber security, project managment, business analysis, and IT leadership roles across each of our 29 senior managment areas. Partnering with hiring managers and senior staff members, I assist in the full lifecycle of sourcing candidates, developing marketing approaches, recruitment pipelines, and selection strategies.
