My portfolio includes API-driven RAG knowledge assistants, OCR data pipelines for financial ingestion, and multi-channel voice automation. With a deep understanding of both open-source tools (n8n, Pinecone) and enterprise ecosystems (Microsoft Power Platform), I focus on creating compliant, scalable AI solutions. My recent work includes developing secure SharePoint-grounded RAG models and automated donor-tracking systems designed to optimize university advancement and outreach.
