Biography
Sam Racine is a global client engagement director. In this role, she specializes in the design and facilitation of effective client collaborations and the creation of compelling content.
Sam is an experienced facilitator, specialist in computer-mediated communicator, and designer of human-computer interfaces. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, passionate about leveraging communication and change strategies to transform work environments. She also holds six patents, is a published researcher with a recognized track record in professional journals and periodicals, and is a frequent presenter/speaker at national and international conferences.
Previous experience includes participation in onsite service delivery for client accounts, client account planning, communication portals, and user interface design.
Sam holds a Ph.D. in technical communication and human factors from the University of Minnesota.
