Biography
I joined Microsoft HQ team as “Future Ready Skills Manager” in 2020 covering Middle East and Africa as part of the Microsoft Education team. My main role is to help educators and students leverage Technology for teaching as well as a learning tool.
I have more than 20 years of continuous professional growth and development in IT Planning, Operations Management, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation within the Academic and Healthcare sectors. For the past years, I played a major role in shaping the Digital Transformation journey and the Strategic Cloud Roadmap for the American University of Beirut.
