Biography

Sam Gedeborg is the Senior Director of the Office of Teaching and Learning at Utah Valley University (UVU) where he directs efforts to assist faculty in improving teaching and learning through certifications, fellowships, assessment and technology services. His earned Ph.D. in Education and Master’s Degree in Educational Technology uniquely allows him to find best ways to apply technology in classroom instruction to increase student learning. He has presented at national and regional conferences on a variety of techniques by using enterprise systems (especially Canvas, Qualtrics, and Microsoft products) into innovative educational efforts. Sam lives with his wife and four kids in Spanish Fork, UT.
