Biography

Sandeep Nain is the President and Founder of SNtial Technologies, a Chicagoland-based IT consulting company. As a systems integration and custom application development company, SNtial Technologies, Inc. provides clients with solutions crafted to meet strategic goals. For over 22 years, SNtial has helped clients navigate the sea of business and technological change, while staying focused on delivering effective, timely, high-quality results. SNtial was listed in the Inc. 5000 list of top private companies in the US for two years in a row.

 Sandeep began his consulting career in 1986 with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the premier IT services and business solution company in India where he led several large-scale IT application development projects in India and Europe. Sandeep also held various lead positions in IT Strategy and Data Warehouse Strategy with a Chicago-based IT consulting firm.

 Sandeep’s personal convictions in the value of education, diversity and giving back to the community are expressed through SNtial which employs a diverse group of consultants and focuses on Education and Non-Profit sectors. Sandeep plays a very active social and civic leadership role in the Chicagoland area.

Sandeep was selected as a 2023 Business Leaders of Color by Chicago United. In addition, Sandeep has also been inducted into UIC Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. In 2011 Sandeep founded Special Ed Teaching, a non-profit with a vision to provide focused and tailored learning to young adults in autistic spectrum with a primary objective of substantially increasing their chances of meaningful employment.

Sandeep holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology at Varanasi, India.
