Sandie Goodwin
Biography
Sandie Goodwin is an IT Project and Process Manager at the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she also documents and analyzes business processes in order to suggest modifications in conjunction with university goals and initiatives. Recent projects include the implementation of ImageNow in multiple university departments which results in resource savings on a variety of levels and the campus wide upgrade to ImageNow 6.5. Sandie also serves as project manager for UNCW's Banner 2012 upgrade and as project manager for the development of an online Declaration and Change of Major Application which will benefit all undergraduate students and academic departments. Sandie received a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at UNCW where she also received a graduate certificate above the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies and a BA in Communication Studies.EDUCAUSE Presentations
