Sandra Warner
Biography
In Technology in Higher Education for 20 years, Sandra has brought a customer-driven approach to delivery of technology applications and services. This interest has transformed into a campus wide service management strategy being implemented at Johnson County Community College. She and her team have worked with functional areas across campus to track service requests in an effort to "tell their story" through performance reporting.EDUCAUSE Presentations
