Sandy Bennett
Biography
Sandy Bennett is the manager of Online Teaching and Learning Services within Baylor University’s Electronic Library. She directs the operations of Baylor’s Blackboard learning management system and Digital Media Center. Sandy is also an adjunct faculty member for Tarleton State University. Sandy holds a Ph.D in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas, MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University and a BSEE from the University of Arkansas.EDUCAUSE Presentations
