Sandra McGowan


Sandra McGowan is Assistant Director, Customer Service and Support UW-Information Technology. She has over 25 years of experience applying people, processes, problem-solving and technical skills to improving and expanding customer services while increasing team and organizational effectiveness. Sandra has designed, developed and implemented changes to critical end user computing services at the UW that resulted in better service to customers, increased efficiencies and lower costs. Sandra is an effective leader who understands that strong working relations create great teams and produce exceptional results. She is a graduate of Seattle University and had done graduate work at the University of Washington.
