Sandra Rotenberg is at Solano Community College where she is the Distance Education Coordinator for the college as well as a Librarian. She also teaches online courses on Library Research, Information Competency and Information and Society. Sandy also serves as an "embedded" librarian in other online and face-to-face courses as well as leading Solano's efforts in Second Life. She has been using synchronous and/or social networking tools in her courses for the past 5 years.
