Biography

Sara Hariri is Dominguez Hills Information Security Officer (ISO). Sara oversees campus forensic, copyright, litigation processes, Information Security services, Accessible Technology and CSU system-wide policy and standards.

 Sara joined the Division of Information Technology at CSUDH as the Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) in 2018. Prior to serving at CSUDH, Sara worked at the California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) campus, assisting with their information security audit. She remains a faculty member in the Computer Science Department at CSUF, and also volunteers as faculty in the Computer Science Department at CSUDH.

Sara holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Development, Security and Cyber Security from California State University, Fullerton. She also holds certifications in management and leadership in IT, and she is involved in several local organizations supporting women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and the Girls Scouts of America.
