Dr. Sarah King is a dynamic leader at the forefront of transforming U.S. Air Force (AF) training and development. As the Force Development Competency-Based Learning Program Administrator, she drives enterprise-wide initiatives to define, institutionalize, and operationalize critical competencies across the Air Force’s education, training, and recruiting missions.
