Currently, I am a Communications Specialist at UTSA's Office of University Technology Solutions (UTS), where I formerly interned as a student editor. I specialize in creating content as well as assisting in the production of student resources and promoting technological education. As an intern, I edited and assisted in the development of Vanessa Kenon's, Ed.D., "Sterrin' It to New Frontiers" for the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications (TASSCC ) annual conference. This presentation involved the admirable hard work and dedication of UTSA's own staff members. It also included the presentation of Labster, including a virtual reality lab for STEM students, and the introduction of Microsoft's HoloLens 2.
After starting what initially seemed like a basic software upgrade project, the Technology Solutions team at the University of Texas at San Antonio quickly realized that to achieve the desired results, the project would have to encompass department operations and processes across the university.
