Biography
An experienced IT Application Project Manager and Business Analyst who is focused on optimizing value through the appropriate application of process improvement and technology. Scott has managed vendor and custom-built application projects, managed a consulting practice and performed business analysis, business process improvement, re-engineering and strategic planning. Scott is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with strong skills in project methodologies and project management tools and techniques.
Scott has proven experience in managing portfolios of programs, projects, vendors and people with leadership skills and business savvy and an excellent ability to communicate with all levels of business leaders and all areas of an IT organization. Scott’s industry experience includes financial services, retailing, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
