Biography
Scott Hall is a seasoned IT leader in higher education with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, customer experience, and strategic innovation. As Senior Managing Director of IT Customer Experience at Texas Tech University, he leads large, multi-functional teams delivering comprehensive IT support services to students, faculty, and staff.
With a proven track record of building high-performing teams, managing complex operations, and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets. He has led the evolution of IT support services, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction through ITIL-based best practices and innovative support models.
Known for his servant leadership, he excels at aligning IT strategy with institutional goals and fostering strong campus partnerships. Scott holds an MBA in MIS from Texas Tech and has received multiple honors, including State of Texas Employee of the Year (Lubbock Region), TTU’s Chancellor’s Award of Excellence and Top Techsan.
