Scott Young serves as Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategic Partnerships at Robots & Pencils, where he leads the company’s global expansion efforts through strategic partnerships and client transformation initiatives. With more than two decades of experience in revenue growth leadership, Scott brings deep expertise in developing technology alliances, guiding platform strategies, and scaling consulting businesses across a wide range of industries.
Throughout his career, Scott has held senior roles at Deloitte, EY, Publicis Sapient, and Zilker Technology. He is known for building and growing successful partner ecosystems with major platforms like AWS, IBM / RedHat, Salesforce, and Databricks. His long-standing collaboration with Robots & Pencils CEO Leonard Pagon includes past ventures like Brulant, where Scott played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 25 to 500 employees before its acquisition.
Scott is passionate about helping clients modernize their applications with AI-first, cloud-native approaches—delivered through nimble, high-impact teams that blend deep UX thinking with elite engineering. His leadership reinforces Robots & Pencils’ position as a powerful alternative to traditional global systems integrators.
Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from Allegheny College and both an MS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
