Biography

Sean Walsh is Acting Assistant Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Services at Cornell University, where he oversees public and private cloud platforms, server and storage services, and DevOps engagements. A Certified ITIL Expert, he serves on Cornell’s ITSM Steering Committee and leads the Problem Management practice. Previously, he led service management and ServiceNow development for a regional K–12 organization in New York State. With a background in telecommunications, he focuses on aligning ITSM with institutional outcomes and driving organizational change.
