Biography

The central organizing theme of my career is to identify initiatives and projects that innovate and further develop 21st Century libraries.
Over the past few years, specific research topics have included: strategic library planning, information retrieval and the web, and Communities of Practice (CoP).

Currently, I am writing a book about search skills, learning how to use Google effectively, and learning how to do research.
