Biography

Shannon Dew is the Director of Library Services at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), where she has served for over a decade, beginning as an Associate Dean for a campus library. In her current collegewide role, she provides strategic leadership in library services, overseeing both campus and online operations to support student success and faculty needs. She collaborates with academic divisions and departments to integrate information resources and instructional technologies, ensuring the library’s active role in the College’s educational mission.
