Biography

Shauntae Trammell is a highly experienced technology leader with a remarkable 15-year tenure at the George Washington University. As the Manager of Technology Support Centers, she provides exceptional leadership to a team of technical professionals responsible for delivering endpoint and classroom support to GW's ten Schools & Colleges across three campuses, encompassing over 500 learning spaces. Shauntae's operational strategies have significantly improved the teaching and learning experience at GW, and she is deeply committed to staff development and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. She has actively participated in panel discussions and served on committees aimed at promoting and enhancing the use of technology in higher education. Additionally, Shauntae has conducted workshops and training sessions on classroom technology instruction and best practices. She holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology Management from GW and is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).
