Biography

I am currently a Data Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I recently graduated with a major in Information Science. My areas of interest are in the convergence of institutional effectiveness, educational technology, and data analytics. As a dedicated data professional, I attempt to make a difference and improve the IT sector at my university using data and emerging technologies. My interest in data analytics was sparked by my computer science bachelor's degree, which gave me a solid technical foundation for my work. Following that, I worked as a Data Engineer for Accenture, where I oversaw large-scale data projects, streamlined data pipelines, and assured data quality. While working on my master's degree, I interned as a Data Analyst at UNC Chapel Hill, where I worked on projects involving data visualization, predictive analytics, and data governance standards and I continue to do the same in my current role.
