Biography

Shruti Muralidharan is the Workday Analytics and Reporting Program Manager at Bentley University, where she leads the analytics and reporting efforts on the Workday side. Shruti holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and is certified as a Workday Pro in reporting and analytics. Over the past year, Shruti has actively engaged in various professional development experiences, including presenting at the NERCOMP conference and participating in several NERCOMP events and workshops. She has also completed courses related to positive leadership and change management and gained certifications for Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Fabric Analyst, Workday Pro Reporting, Project Management Simplified from PMI, and the Change Management Certificate Program from Bentley University.

Shruti has been actively contributing to the higher education community, including collaborating with NERCOMP to present at the WUG Fall 2024 Conference at Holy Cross and actively participating in the NERCOMP mentorship program and NERCOMP Community Relations committee.
