Sibael El Dallal
Biography
Siba El Dallal is a Performance Support Analyst Lead at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, overseeing instructional support and change management. Formerly a Learning & Teaching consultant at the U-M, where she brought expertise in learning design and technology. She has a Ph.D. and Master’s in Learning Design and Technology from Wayne State University.
