Biography

With more than 30 years of experience in higher education technology and enrollment management, I serve as Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at the American University of Beirut (AUB). My work focuses on leveraging technology, data, and collaborative leadership to improve admissions, financial aid, and student services while supporting institutional strategy and student success.

Throughout my career, I have led the implementation and optimization of enterprise solutions, including Banner Student Information System and Slate CRM, as well as initiatives involving business process redesign, analytics, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. I have worked closely with academic and administrative partners to modernize operations, enhance the applicant experience, and strengthen data-informed decision-making across the institution.

As an EDUCAUSE member, I look forward to connecting with colleagues who are passionate about advancing higher education through innovation and shared learning. I value opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss emerging challenges in student information systems and enrollment management, learn from the experiences of peers, and contribute practical insights from leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives at AUB. I believe that collaboration across institutions is essential to developing sustainable, student-centered solutions and advancing the future of higher education.
