Sonia Seetharaman

Biography

Sonia Seetharaman is the current Program Coordinator for the USC Institute for Multimedia Literacy (IML). She has been at USC since 2004, starting out as an undergraduate student within the IML’s Honors in Multimedia Scholarship program. Sonia graduated from USC in 2008 with a B.S. in Biophysics, after completing her IML senior thesis on the mirroring representations of conceptual duality in science and religion. During this time, she also worked in conjunction with the IML and USC faculty to bring multimedia awareness and usage to both learning and research communities across the university. As Program Coordinator, she will continue to facilitate the spread of multimedia-based education, and she hopes to guide current USC students to similar aspirations.
