Biography
Dr. Irlbeck has 25+ years experience in both instructional design and training and performance improvement in business and academia. She has served as adjunct and full time faculty in graduate education for the University of Minnesota and currently with Capella University, Minneapolis MN. Her bachelor's is from Montana State University, Bozeman MT and master's and doctorate from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.
