Stacey Morales is the Director of Customer Service for Information Technology Services (ITS) at Louisiana State University (LSU). In this position she leads the campus IT support initiatives which includes the management of the central IT Help Desk, Student and Departmental Outreach Services, Print Services, and Student Lab Management. Under her leadership she has revitalized a struggling support organization and improved all statistics and quality of customer service. She was also instrumental in creating the first ITS Service Catalog. She continually motivates her team to strive for customer service excellence. She is involved with the Student leaders and the technology fee committee where ideas are generated, funded and ultimately executed to enhance and support the Student I.T. experience. She as 22 years experience in information technology in both the private and public sector. Stacey shows true dedication and passion for IT customer service and support.
