Stacy Gianoulis


Stacy Gianoulis is currently the Assistant Vice-President for Client Services & Support (CS&S), which is the client-facing department within Boston University’s IT organization, IS&T. He oversees 100 employees and five functions: Service Management Office, Service Desk, Client Technology Services, Client Technology Engineering, and Learning & Event Technology Services. Client Services & Support provides support to BU’s community including approximately 30,000 students and 10,000 faculty/staff on a wide variety of services, such as Blackboard Learn, e-mail (Exchange and Google), desktop support, and SAP. In the 2013 Fall Semester, CS&S resolved ~30,000 tickets. Stacy has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
