Stella Perez
Biography
Stella Perez has more than 17 years of experience in developing, teaching, and leading technology-based instructional services in the corporate sector and within community college and university programs. She has contributed to the creation of instructional strategies and unique college services based on immediate workforce development goals, distance learning initiatives, and community resource developments for underserved populations and adult learners. She serves on a number of national boards emphasizing and highlighting the impact of e-learning, educational access, and instructional technology. Perez holds a Ph.D. in community college leadership from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.Ed. from Northern Arizona University, and a B.S. in business and public administration from the University of Arizona.EDUCAUSE Presentations
