Stephanie Gillen

Biography

Stephanie Gillen is an accomplished and versatile Agile consultant and coach with demonstrated success in service delivery and a proven record of designing, implementing, and managing solutions for enterprise-scale organizations.

For more than 15 years, she has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a business consultant, project manager, change manager, and director in higher education. She holds a consistent track record for exceptional project planning, governance, management, and delivery acumen. Stephanie leverages best practice needs analysis techniques to solve complex business and information technology challenges, seamlessly managing change and mitigating risks.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Rogers State University and a Master's degree in Global Management from Fort Hays State University and is currently pursuing an Ed.S in Education Leadership.  Actively involved at the state, regional, and national level of project management and higher education professional associations, Stephanie has served on a number of advisory boards and committees.  She is a Scrum Foundations Educator and holds a CSM, CSPO, CSP-CSM, and CSP-CSPO from Scrum Alliance and is an active member of the Project Management Institute, EDUCAUSE, and Agile Austin.
