Stephanie Larsen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as an Instructional Designer at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). With almost 15 years of teaching experience, Stephanie has been deeply committed to fostering educational excellence and student achievement throughout her career. She began her journey into online education in 2014, marking the start of her dedication to adapting to the evolving landscape of higher education.

In her current capacity at UNO, Stephanie is at the forefront of developing innovative digital learning experiences tailored to the needs of students, faculty, and staff. Notably, she led the development of UNO's first competency-based education (CBE) professional development course, reflecting her commitment to advancing innovative teaching practices.

Stephanie's focus extends beyond course design; she is passionate about supporting faculty in their efforts to enhance student success and engagement in online learning environments.
