Biography

I am an e-learning professional with expertise in web, mobile, rapid development, and f2f design, development, and implementation, as well as product, personnel, project, and strategic learning initiative management. In my position as Associate Director of Faculty Leadership and Professional Development, Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, I create school-wide programs for onboarding faculty and fostering faculty development in the areas of career development, leadership & management, research & scholarship, teaching in the clinical, small group, lecture, and lab rotation settings, and teaching/clinical technologies.
