Biography

As Director of Information Technology serving the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering Stephen directs the overall operations, activities, and staff of the Information Technology Department. He acts as the leader and advocate for information technology, with responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive technology environment for academic, research and administrative systems; as well as high-performance computing (HPC), data storage, networking, security, and database services, and a host of other cyber-infrastructure related services.
