Steve Ludwig
Biography
Before starting his consulting practice, Steve served as the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Strategy for a $1 billion business unit with 5,000 employees in 10 countries for CH2M, a FORTUNE 500 firm. Steve recently completed 12-year term as a member of the University of Colorado Board of Regents and was named Regent Emeritus. During his tenure, Steve helped oversee the operations and management of the $4.5 billion four-campus enterprise that is the third largest employer in Colorado with more than 60,500 students. Steve, the first Regent to ever secure more than 1 million votes for this elected position, served as Vice-Chair of the Board, and Chair of the Budget & Finance, Academic Affairs, Laws & Policies, Audit, Capital Construction, and Strategic Planning committees. He started his professional career as a broadcaster at the age of 18. Steve has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Steve’s specialty is helping clients navigate complex challenges within organizations and the marketplace by exploring drivers, analyzing opportunities and risks, and ensuring alignment across departments and regions.
